Planned and Responsive Maintenance

Regular programmed maintenance is essential to protect valuable building assets, and Historic Property Restoration offer pre-planned, regular maintenance and a reactive emergency response service to ensure the extended lifetime of buildings. This is even more important when historical assets are involved where every effort must be made to maintain our heritage legacy for future generations to be able to enjoy. We are on several long-term frameworks with a number of local authorities throughout the UK and also with English Heritage.

We operate a 24hr heldesk, 365 days a year, that provides the hub for logging response calls and allocating labour, with response times as low as 2 hrs. The nature of the works are recorded along with the site address and site contact details. Automatic emails are generated by our IT system that are sent to the client when we arrive on site and also when the task is complete. We produce monthly Key Performance Indicators, extensive reports and also monthly valuations for the works completed.

We have been successfully carrying out planned and responsive maintenance for English Heritage on 105 of their properties in care throughout the northern half of the whole of the UK since 2009. This includes planned and responsive works for mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades as well as all building trades. The contract has an annual value of £800K and we consistently achieve KPI's above 95% every month.
